Gate Valves — API 600
Flexible wedge, rising stem, outside screw & yoke. A216 WCB, A352 LCC, A351 CF8M bodies. Class 150–2500, RF/RTJ or butt-weld ends.
For Class 900–2500 high-pressure steam and feedwater service. Self-energizing seal ring improves sealing as pressure rises.
NACE MR0175 trims for H2S service; A352 LCB/LCC bodies for −46°C. Stellite hardfacing, 13Cr/F6 or full SS trims.
Globe & Check Valves — API 623 / BS 1868
Shut-off and throttling, plug or parabolic disc, back-seated stem. Class 150–1500, hand-wheel or gear operated.
Reduced pressure drop for continuous-flow service; ideal for steam mains and bypass duty.
BS 1868 swing checks and piston lift checks matched to gate/globe trims for complete valve packages.
