RPTFE or fire-safe seats, one-piece shaft, Class 150/300. Dead-end service rated in lug pattern.
RPTFE primary with metal backup ring engaging after fire — certified to API 607 / ISO 10497.
Characterized disc options and low-torque bearings for modulating duty with pneumatic or electric actuation.
Triple-Offset Metal-Seated
Torque-seated laminated seal ring, metal-to-metal, zero leakage per API 598 / ISO 5208 Rate A on request.
Steam, hot oil, thermal fluid to 450°C+. Graphite laminate seals, Stellited seats.
Extended-bonnet triple-offset for LNG and cold-box service to −196°C, BS 6364 type-tested.
