Floating Ball Valves — API 608 / API 607
Bolted body, full or reduced port, ½″–6″. ASTM A216 WCB or A182 F316 body, SS316 trim, RPTFE seats with graphite fire-safe backup. Flanged RF, threaded NPT or socket-weld ends.
Swing-out body for in-line maintenance. ¼″–4″, 800/1500 WOG. Anti-static device, blowout-proof stem, locking handle. Ideal for skid packages and instrument isolation.
Primary RPTFE / PEEK soft seat with secondary metal-to-metal graphite seal engaging after fire exposure — certified to API 607 7th Ed. and ISO 10497.
Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valves — API 6D
2″–24″, ASME Class 150–900. Double block & bleed (DBB), self-relieving seats, emergency sealant injection. A216 WCB, A182 F316, F51 duplex bodies.
API 6D / ISO 14313 compliant for transmission, station block and ESD duty. Full-bore for pigging. Gear operator or actuator-ready ISO 5211 mounting pad.
Metal-seated (tungsten carbide / chrome carbide overlay) for abrasive or high-temperature service. Inconel 625, Monel 400 and titanium trims for sour and corrosive media on request.
