3. RMA Requirement
All returns require an RMA Number issued by ValveAtlas.
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customer pays return freight unless ValveAtlas is at fault.
Restocking fee (typically 15–25%) may apply.
5. Refund Process
Issued after inspection and approval.
Processing time: 7–14 business days.
6. Warranty Claims
ValveAtlas assists with warranty submissions.
Manufacturers determine final outcome.
