Borusan Firesist — UL Listed & FM Approved Sprinkler Pipe
Borusan Pipe (65+ years, 10 facilities across Türkiye, Italy, Romania & USA, exporting to 35+ countries) produces one of the world’s widest UL Listed and FM Approved fire-sprinkler pipe ranges. All four Firesist variants are available in roll-grooved, threaded & coupled, or beveled ends. Sizes ½”–12″, pressure rating to 300 psi, produced to ASTM, EN, AS 1074 and AS/NZS 1163 standards.
Firesist Plus — Premium Epoxy
Superior epoxy coating up to 250 microns, C4-M corrosivity category certified by European third-party labs. Regroovable on site without flaking or peeling — colour and texture unaffected by cutting/drilling heat.
Firesist Epoxy — Powder Coated
Powder epoxy coating up to 100 microns. Widest UL and FM approval range in four colours for project colour-coding (red, grey, white, yellow). Eliminates field painting.
Firesist Varnish — Primer Coated
Primer varnish coating 20–25 microns for atmospheric rust protection at lower cost. Suitable where field painting is planned. Available in stock colours for fast project delivery.
Galvanized Sprinkler Pipe
Hot-dip zinc coating 50–55 microns for long-lasting corrosion protection. Compatible with wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems. DVGW certified for potable water adjacency.
Available schedules: SCH 7 (Easy Flow Lightwall) · SCH 10 · SCH 30 · SCH 40. Inner weld seam removal and custom-length cuts on request. Tight tolerances, consistent roundness and straightness.
Aydın Boru — Seamless & Welded Carbon Steel Pipe
Aydın Boru (founded 1974, part of Aydın Group) is one of Türkiye’s largest stockholding pipe importerleri with 30,000 tons of seamless pipe stock and 230 employees. Distributor of Mannesmann (Germany), Ulma Forja (Spain, world’s largest flange producer) and Interpipe (Ukraine). All shipments include 3.1 Mill Test Certificates.
Seamless Line Pipe — ASTM A53 / A106 / A333
Seamless carbon-steel pipe for steam, water, gas, air, and general industrial service. ASTM A53 Grade B for standard service; A106 Grade B for high-temperature; A333 Grade 6 for low-temperature (refinery, natural gas, chemical plant).
API 5L Line Pipe
Grade B / X42 / X52 / X60 / X65 / X70 for oil and gas transmission, refinery feedlines, water-transmission mains and high-pressure industrial service. Bare or coated (FBE / 3LPE / cement-mortar) on project order.
Boiler & Heat-Exchanger Tubes
Medium-carbon-steel tubes for boilers, furnaces, heat exchangers and condensers — service under high pressure at temperatures below 600°C. Produced to DIN and EN norms with full chemical/heat composition certification.
Hydro Tube — Hydraulic & Mechanical
Aydın Group’s Hydro Tube brand: cold-drawn seamless hydraulic and mechanical tubes, H8 honed tubes, and chrome-plated shafts. For hydraulic cylinders, automation, precision mechanical assemblies.
Casing, Tubing & Drilling Pipe
API casing, tubing and drilling pipe for upstream oil and gas: J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 grades depending on service environment. Project-order supply with API 5CT certification.
Construction & Mechanical Pipe
General-purpose carbon-steel pipe for structural fabrication, mechanical assemblies, and equipment skids. Aydın Boru also distributes Saytek Metal fittings (1,400+ variations) with 3.B certificates.
Standards supported: ASTM, ASME SA, ANSI, BS, DIN, EN, JIS, AFNOR, TSE, API, NACE, MSS.
