3. RMA Requirement
All returns require an RMA Number issued by Valve-Atlas.
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customer pays return freight unless Valve-Atlas is at fault.
Restocking fee (typically 15–25%) may apply.
5. Refund Process
Issued after inspection and approval.
Processing time: 7–14 business days.
6. Warranty Claims
Valve-Atlas assists with warranty submissions.
Manufacturers determine final outcome.
